Cornish Live Music

Cornwall and Falmouth in particular have some great venues to go watch some bands perform in. These range from the bigger Eden Project down to the intimate pubs with acoustic bands playing in the corner.

I love the variety and quality of music on offer. You can have quiet folk music going all the way up to banging techno. There is something for everyone.

Princess Pavilions

A decent sized venue in Falmouth situated round the corner from town and the beaches. Some big names have played here.

The Chain Locker

This is a cosy and warm pub right down by the harbour. You can get groups performing both inside and right outside the pub.

The Moth & Moon

This is a tremendous, cosy pub in the centre of town on The Moor. It hosts acoustic music on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

Park Live

This is held on the last Sunday of each month (from April to September) in Kimberley Park. It features a variety of acts on two different stages.

Verdant Taproom

This is situated on an industrial estate on the outskirts of Penryn. They book in some excellent acts here.

Eden Project

This is situated near St Austell and has its Eden Sessions booking in some major acts.
